I use the Clarisonic because of some facial dermatitis, and there was a double-blind study in 2007 that concluded that the clarisonic brush was effectively a cure for many people.
Keep in mind, that dermatitis has no official cure.
However, I’ve stopped using my topical cream entirely, and now use just the clarisonic skin brush for my face, and I haven’t had an outbreak since.
